Ordering & customization
What kind of photo should I upload?
Upload a sharp, high-resolution photo at least 1000px on its shortest side — most photos straight from a phone camera work great. Bright, in-focus shots print best. For the crispest result we aim for 300 DPI on the finished magnet, and the editor will warn you if a crop looks too soft.
How big are the magnets?
Every magnet is a 2" × 2" square with a high-gloss finish.
Can I turn my kid’s artwork into a magnet?
Yes. Drawings and paintings make beautiful magnets — just photograph or scan the artwork and upload it the same way you would a photo.
Do you sell sets?
Yes. The Gift Set of Six includes six 2" × 2" magnets in a kraft gift box wrapped with organic lavender. You can also order single Classic and Kid Art magnets individually.
Shipping & turnaround
When will my order ship?
Every magnet is handmade to order, then shipped as soon as it’s ready. You’ll get a tracking email the moment it goes out.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a $5 flat rate, and it’s free on orders over $35. We ship to addresses within the United States.
How do I track my order?
Use the order tracker and enter your order number plus the email you used at checkout — both are in your confirmation email. Once your order ships, the tracking number appears there too.

What are the magnets made of?
Each magnet has a high-gloss finish and a strong magnet on the back that won’t slide. They’re made by hand in the USA and arrive cellophane-wrapped.
Are they really handmade?
Yes — we’re a small family business and every magnet is made by hand, just for you.

Every order ships cellophane-wrapped and nestled in a kraft gift box — no assembly required, ready to give the moment it arrives.

The Gift Set of Six arrives in a custom kraft gift box wrapped with organic lavender sprigs, so it’s ready to give as a present.
Returns
What’s your return policy?
Because every magnet is custom-printed with your personal photos, all sales of custom products are final. But if an order arrives damaged or with a printing error on our end, email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery for a free remake or a full refund.
What if my photo prints blurry?
The editor warns you when a crop is too low-resolution to print sharply. Because blurry results from low-resolution source files are outside our control, we can’t refund or replace those — uploading a sharp photo at least 1000px on the shortest side avoids it.
