Agreement

These Terms govern your use of augustnalways.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Orders and pricing

Custom products and your content

You upload photos and other content to be printed on custom magnets. By uploading, you confirm:

• You own the content or have permission from the rights holder to use it.
• The content does not infringe copyright, trademark, or publicity rights of anyone else.
• The content is not unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate.

You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to produce, fulfill, and ship your order. We do not use customer photos for marketing without separate written permission.

Returns and refunds

Custom magnets are made to order. Because each magnet is unique to you, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind.

• Defective or damaged on arrival: contact us within [PLACEHOLDER: window, e.g., 14 days] of delivery and we will replace the item or refund you.
• Lost in transit: if tracking shows no delivery within [PLACEHOLDER: e.g., 21 days] of shipping, contact us and we will reship or refund.
